Design and functionality from a single source: The new DBX 4.0 All Mountain Jacket is the benchmark when it comes to softshell functional jackets. The jacket is made of sturdy 4-way stretch material and is wind and water repellent (water column 10.000mm). It has large vents at the front and back and is reinforced in material at the elbows and shoulders. With the new Hood Retention System, the hood stays where it belongs. Three sewn-on magnets help to store the jacket practically and safely in good weather. In harsher weather conditions, the hood can be attached to a retrofit magnet on the helmet and remains in place even at higher speeds. The two large front pockets and a small pocket on the left sleeve provide enough space to safely store all important items and the lift ticket.

Hood retention system:

• To ensure that the hood stays exactly where it belongs, all DBX jackets are equipped with a magnetic hood fastening. The unique system consists of four cleverly placed magnets. Three of them are invisibly sewn into the jacket (between the shoulders, at the back and front of the hood), the fourth is attached to the helmet. If you do not need the hood, it can be practically folded and stowed thanks to the magnets, without flapping wildly while cycling. In harsher weather conditions, the hooded magnets on half-shells or full-face helmets provide a firm grip even at high speeds.
