The EXC 1.0 Motocross helmet sets new standards in safety, comfort, and versatility for demanding riders. Featuring two outer shells and three EPS layers, the helmet delivers exceptional safety performance and an ideal fit. The outer shell, made from high-quality ABS, ensures outstanding stability and protection, while the multiple adjustable and closable ventilation channels allow riders to regulate airflow according to their personal preferences, offering maximum comfort. For even greater adaptability, the helmet comes equipped with an innovative Airflaps™ system, allowing for easy customisation. Airflaps™ are included and offer additional ventilation options. The helmet is also ready to integrate a Quin Smart Safety Sensor to further enhance rider safety. The E.Q.R.S. system enables quick removal of the cheek pads in emergency situations, and the integrated loops provide a practical guide for hydration hoses. A double D-ring safety fastener ensures a precise fit of the strap, keeping the helmet secure and comfortable. Additional protection is provided by the height-adjustable peak, which is secured with break-away plastic screws, and the rubberised breath deflector, which adds extra safety—especially in the event of a crash. For winter use, the helmet is compatible with a retrofittable face mask. The EXC 1.0 Motocross helmet also excels in comfort with a padded, antimicrobial Polygiene® interior lining that is removable and washable, offering excellent sweat absorption. For added tech support, the helmet is Bluetooth-ready, with dedicated recesses for optional speakers in the ear area. Optional IPX® ACells rotational impact absorption technology is also available for additional protection in the event of an impact.
